Order 6 of The Code of Civil Procedure 1908

• "Pleading (আরজি জবাব)" shall mean plaint or written statement -order 6(1)
• Plaintiff's plaint (আরজি) is called plaintiff's pleadings.
• Defendant's written statement (জবাব) is called defendant's pleadings.

Pleading to state description of material facts not evidence. Each paragraph be separated by serial numbers. Dates, sums and numbers be expressed in figures. -  order 6(2)

A detailed description if necessary be given -  order 6(4)
